He is a qualified Rubber Technologist having a wealth of experience in the production and marketing of Pharmaceutical Rubber Stoppers. A man with a global vision, under his able leadership the company has consistently soared to new heights. Mr. Shah firmly believes in doing the things THE TOYOTA WAY and has continuously strived to implement the Toyota work culture in the day to day functioning of the company. Despite all the limitations of being a small sized company located in a remote area, he has been successful to a large extent in implementing this system. Secured Exclusive Marketing rights for marketing entire range of pharmaceutical packaging products manufactured by Shandong Pharmaglass Co., Ltd. China. Mr. Subhash Chaphalkar who was instrumental in bringing the technology from Naniwa Rubber Co., Japan joined our team With estimated turnover of US $ 10 million this fiscal SAGAR grew 500 times from its first year turn over of US $ 20,000 Made forays into Global Markets

It also oversees procurement, execution and shipment of machinery imported by Sagar for its plant. Headed by a young and competent professional who has been residing in China for almost a decade and has a good Knowledge of Chinese market, culture and business practices. China office will be actively marketing Rubber Stoppers made in our India facility into Chinese market The worlds most populated country.
