Gender sensitivity is the awareness and

insight into the state of the other sex, with reference to historical roots of sexist stereotyping, discrimination and violence.
Men and women are different, therefore

their experiences, needs, issues and priorities are different

To reduce barriers in developing personal

and economic success created by sexism To generate respect for individuals regardless of sex.

Facts
Sexism creates bias It exists both among

men And among women. It does not respect individuals accordingto their aspirations,potentials or abilities.

both women and men for payment in cash or kind 2. Reproductive comprises the childbearingresponsibilities and domestic tasks required toguarantee the maintenance and wellbeing ofhousehold members. It includes not onlybiological reproduction but also the care andmaintenance of the persons who comprise thehousehold

comprises activities undertaken at thecommunity level to contribute to thedevelopment or political organization of thecommunity. It is usually voluntary, unpaidwork.

Sexual coercion
under a condition of employment, where an openly or implicitly offer in keeping a job or getting a promotion is made by a supervisor to an employee in exchange for sexual favors. Such person normally has the power over promotion or raise of the employee

In sexual coercion, promotion and favorable job benefits will follow if an employee takes the advantage and consented to sex. On the contrary, if the employee rejects, the job benefits are denied

Sexual annoyance

It is also known as hostile environment sexual harassment

Sexual annoyance is a demeaning and unwelcome sexually related behavior that is offensive, hostile or intimidating to the victim, but has no direct connection to any job benefits. However, the annoying behavior creates an offensive working environment which affects the victim's ability to continue working.

Sexual annoyance includes sexual harassment by an employee against a co-employee. Similarly, sexual harassment by a company's customer against an employee also falls into this category.
