OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY


To study of the employees opinion towards performance appraisal system practiced in the organization. To identify the effectiveness of the performance appraisal system adopted in the organization. To identify the benefits obtained by the employees through performance appraisal system adopted in the organization. To give suggestions for the improvement of performance appraisal system.

SCOPE OF THE STUDY


This study is focused on the overall performance of KKP Textile Ltd. This study focuses on evaluation of design implementation feedback participation parameter of the appraisal systems only. To help the management for future development in performance appraisal systems.
