WHAT IS TELEMONITORING?
An IVR system calls out to a patient post discharge. Using text or voice prompts to guide patients through a series of yes/no questions that allow health care professionals to monitor and develop a thorough health assessment.

WHAT IS TELEHEALTH?
Telehealth or remote patient monitoring (RPM) uses telecommunication enabled vital signs devices placed in patients homes to take their vital signs every day such as Blood Pressure, Weight, Oxygen Saturation, Glucose Level etc. Reminds the patient to take medication Answer simple questions about their condition. The premise is to proactive monitoring of a patient and reduce ER visits thus helping not only the patient but hospitals and extended care facilities etc.

The prices are customized depending on what is needed
Various options such as each patient having the capability such as individual PC or Iphone or IPad to a single room dedicated for the telemedicine or multiple rooms. For 100 bed/1000 patients or more (can combine multiple communities as well), we can provide foundation backed Telemedicine solution that doesnt require any upstart costs and the services are reimbursed by CMS thus increasing the revenue. In many cases, a 100 bed hospital has increased $7M revenue per year
