This definition, however, considers health as a state health is more a process of continuous adjustment to the changing demands of living.

Thus, health is defined as a state of relative equilibrium of body form & function, resulting from its successful dynamic adjustment to forces opposed.

Today we find
Majority addicted to excessive drinking,

smoking, totally sedentary, overeating wrong foods, overly stressed. Others may occasionally exercise have a high ego. A minority try to follow all the rules of eating, exercise, sleep etc. Almost extinct - exceptionally knowledgeable & disciplined.

I exercise 30min most days of the week

I eat a healthy diet with 5 fruits/vegetables

most days I dont use tobacco products I have 2 or fewer alcoholic drinks per day I am within 2Kg of my ideal body weight These are the drivers of health care costs!

By age 50 they suffer either diabetes, or high blood

By 60 or 65 they would have undergoes heart

treatment & most likely would suffer joint pains.

Postural check Drink plenty of water and very very slowly Raw food Laughter club Reduce processed sugars, preserved or deep fried items Chew food at least 30 times each morsel. Read a lot, look for new ideas and challenges 2 meals and in-between light portions of fruit snack Develop some good purpose & meaning in life
