Ed Disanto: Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel
Background: DiSanto served in a number of legal, business and operations roles at United Dominion Industries, Carrier Corporation and United Technologies Corporation. DiSanto started with Pratt & Whitney in 1997 as Group Deputy Counsel and since then has held role of Vice President, Global Service Partners Business Development. Career at AMT: Ed DiSanto was named Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel on March 13, 2007.
Hal Hess: Executive Vice President, International Operations and President, Latin America
Background: Hess practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Young & Co. He received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University and is a graduate of Harding University. Hess was a partner in the corporate and finance group of the law firm King & Spalding, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions Career at AMT: Hess initially joined American Tower in March 2001 as Chief Financial Officer of American Tower International, and was appointed Executive Vice President of American Tower Corporation in June 2001. From 2002 to 2007, he was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Hal Hess is currently American Tower's Executive Vice President, International Operations and President, Latin America. As of March 9, 2009, he is also responsible for development in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) territory.
Steven Marshall: Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division
Background: Marshall was Executive Chairman of Intelig, non-executive chairman of Silica Networks in Argentina and a non-executive Director of Manquhue Net, Chile. He was also the CEO of National Grid Wireless, the market leading telecommunications and broadcast infrastructure provider in the United Kingdom. He also served on the boards of Digital UK and Freeview. Career at AMT: Marshall initially joined American Tower as the Executive Vice President, International Business Development in November 2007. He was named Executive Vice President and President, U.S. Tower Division in March 2009.
