This month was dedicated to the knowledge of the entire production process from the arrival of raw materials into the warehouse to the final product in order to identify further opportunities. The objective is to deeply understand all technical and administrative issues in manufacturing department. The routine works on the 5s program in PET Line are being Held in parallel since 5s audits, preparing awareness messages and publication of the action plan.

2. The measure program I have been facing during the job is connected with time. The TOs from whom I collect the information are working under pressure and it hasnt been easy for them to give me all details about the processes I want to know about.

For example: In the 5s program some TOs have been delegated to be the champions and others
the process controllers but they have not found enough time for them to carry out 5s activities. In order to overcome this trouble I always have to go to their offices and remember them about their duties on 5s Implementation program. 3. The key opportunities that will be my major concerns are: What is the big source of bottle breakages on the production lines. What are the sources of syrup losses during the production 4 .Yes , I have always met with your coach
