1 day p.m. These can be combined with any leave and also can be prefixed and suffixed with holidays but intervening holidays will be treated as EL. These can be carried forward maximum 10 days of leave in a year.
SICK LEAVE
1 day p.m. An individual can take sick leave in case of any kind of illness. If an individual takes more than 3 days in a month medical certificate should be presented.These leaves are neither encashed nor taken forward to next year.

CASUAL LEAVE
0.5 day p.m. The period of such leave is limited to 6 days in a calendar year. These cannot be combined with any leave and also cannot be prefixed and suffixed with holidays. If an employee combines leave with any holiday or any other leave that leave will be considered as leave without pay. These leaves can be taken forward to next year but cannot be encashed.
HALF-DAY
The half day period should either be the first 4 hours of the day or the last 4 hours of the day & this will be adjusted towards Casual leave or Sick Leave (if your permission is due to health reasons).
Half day salary will also be deducted if an employee joins or leaves store 4 hours after or before actual time.
Nature Care store COMPENSATORY OFF
Compensatory leave is paid time off for an eligible employee having worked on an official office closing day ,a holiday, or a scheduled day off. An employee is given compensatory off if he/she has worked on the following holidays.
1. Republic Day 2. Holi 3. Independence Day 4. Gandhi Jayanti 5. Dusherra 6. Bakri Id 7. Diwali 8. Christmas
Any comp off cannot be combined with CL. No compensatory off is encashed of taken forward in next year.
Nature Care store LEAVE ACCUMULATION/ CARRY FORWARD
You are entitled to carry forward / encash only 10 days of unutilized EL into the next year. These leaves will be added to Earned Leave balance. In the next year you can avail 30+10=40 days of leave. If, in the subsequent year, you do not utilize all 40 days of leave, you may carry forward/encash only 15 days to the next year.
LEAVE ENCASHMENT
You can encash 10 days (on completing 1 year,15 in the 2 nd & so on) of unutilized leave in the month of January each year or at the time of termination. Any excess leave to your credit will lapse. Only last drawn basic will be taken into account for encashment purpose on a pro-rata basis.
A minimum of 15 days needs to be availed every completed year.
