HSE EVACUATION PROCEDURE
If there was a victim
Report to the leader
If there was a first aider, can
give the first aid --> remember
that trained first aider can give
the help.
Bring the victim to the nearest
clinic/hospital

ACCIDENT
If there was evacuation
instruction:
Report to the leader
Leader doing the investigate
Report to the accident form
Leader report to HR & GA by oral
1 x 24 hours and by writing 2 x
24 hours
Take the signature of supervisor
(Head of)
Give to the HSE dept
Direction to Use Fire Extinguisher
Take the Fire extinguisher
Bring the Fire Extinguisher to
the fire location
Pull the safety key
Hold the handle with right
hand, and hose at the left hand
Direction the hose to the fire
Look at the wind direction
Quench the fire with calm,
don't panic

- result meeting must be reported to Disnaker
every 3 months
