The objective is to
understand the
environment, process and
performance
characteristics of the
current system and to

worthy of evaluation.
Situational Analysis

the current logistics
environment.

planning process.

Scheduling

Schedules the

utilization and enhanced
quality.

Implementation must
include adequate controls
to ensure that performance
as scheduled and that
acceptance criteria are
