SSHR is a web base application , users carry out
transactions through web inter phases.
Oracle Self-Service Human Resources (HR) allows your
workforce to update and use employee-specific
information, online via a browser, that is personalized to an
individual's role, experience, work content, language, and
information needs.
SSHR functions are available for all major functional areas in
Oracle HRMS: Workforce Sourcing and Deployment,
Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Management, and
Enterprise and Workforce Management.

SSHR : Enabling both employee & manager participating in
HRM via web browser called SSHR

ESS: This responsibility will give assess to the employee to
modify his /her information and to submit some request
such as a leave request.
Every employee will have a User & password.

MSS: This responsibility is given to manager to act upon his
/her subordinates information check and act on that data
approval. Such as leave approval.
HR Professional: This responsibility given to HR
professionals to maintain appraisal and assessments of the
employees.
