INTRODUCTION
 Nitin Spinners Limited. An ISO 9001 2000 company
and a Government of India recognized Export House,
manufacturing 100% Cotton Yarns and Fabrics.
 Based on growth in export performance, The
Company was converted into 100% Export Oriented
Unit (EOU) from 15th January, 1999.
 The Company is presently engaged in the
manufacturing of cotton Grey yarn and knitted fabrics.
 Its present capacity is 77616 spindles, 3896 Rotors
and 27 knitting machines & also has Thermal Power
Plant with a capacity of 10.5 MW
 cotton yarn from Ne4 to Ne45 in single and multifold
and knitted fabrics.

Capacities
Today, with the combined installed capacity of nearly
77616 spindles, 3896 rotors, 27 knitting machines,
Thermal Power Plant with a capacity of 10.5 MW.

Manufacturing 25000 tons of yarn and threads per


annum, the company has carved a niche for itself on
the textile map of the country.
Raw materials

The key raw material for manufacturing Cotton


Yarn is Cotton, cotton from surrounding areas
viz., Bhilwara, Bijaynagar, Asind and other
adjoining areas like Nagaur, Merta City,
Sumerpur and Beawar within Rajasthan state
itself. Further, we also buy cotton from states
like Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, Gujarat
and Madhya Pradesh.

fabrics is cotton yarn,

Strategy
Nitin Spinner’s marketing strategy is based on the
products type and the end user segment. Company
adopt hybrid marketing module comprising of direct
customers approach and existing agents network.
We have appointed various agents in domestic as
well as international market to obtain regular orders.

for the year 2007 –08 April to Sept ‘07
was 2539.81 Tons valued at Rs.
2447.30 lacs. In comparison to the
corresponding period of 2006-07, half
yearly sales April to Sept ‘06, for all
products was 1271.70 MT valued at Rs.
1018.45 Lacs.
