board of Special Members. All
employees are requested to
participate in this election. All
nominated member's are selected on
the basis of there qualifications
,experience and achievements .List
of nominations are provided on
home site of ABC company .
Requesting all ABC companys
employees to participate and choose
your own board of Special Members.
Segmentation for board of Special
members is on the basis of different
divisions in the company.

There are total 5 divisions in our company. So we have to choose one board of
director member from each of the segments.
Pre-requisite to fulfill BOD role are mentioned here-:

Should be working with ABC company for more then 5 yrs.

Must be having 15ys of work ex. In total.
Should be having at least 5 Big achievements in his/her carrier.
Should be having minimum qualifications required to be BOS member.

Wining candidate have to create a team and set up a weekly meeting with them to take update
on all projects running with some financial crisis.
Organizing monthly meet with all members of finance division and guide them with his/her
expertise and experiences . Providing them a direction of work , encourage them and also resolve
their queries / problems if any.
Wining candidate have to create a team of specialists and set up a weekly meeting with them to
create the marketing strategies for any new product .
Organizing monthly meet with all members of marketing division and guide them with his/her
expertise and experiences . Providing them a direction of work , encourage them and also resolve

Sales Division:

Organizing monthly meet with all members of O&M division and guide them with his/her
expertise and experiences . Providing them a direction of work , encourage them and also resolve

Human Resource:

Wining candidate have to create a team of members to prepare process and procedures to ease
HR requirements. Should be sure that all employees access to HR related information easily
available.
Organize some mandatory training sessions for all employees and getting them familiar with HR
policies and procedures.
Organizing monthly meet with all members of HR division and guide them with his/her
expertise and experiences . Providing them a direction of work , encourage them and also resolve
their queries / problems if any.
