There are total 5 divisions in our company. So we have to choose one board of
director member from each of the segments.
Pre-requisite to fulfill BOD role are mentioned here-:

Wining candidate have to create a team and set up a weekly meeting with them to take update
on all projects running with some financial crisis.
Organizing monthly meet with all members of finance division and guide them with his/her
expertise and experiences . Providing them a direction of work , encourage them and also resolve
their queries / problems if any.

create the marketing strategies for any new product .

Sales Division:

Human Resource:
Wining candidate have to create a team of members to prepare process and procedures to ease
HR requirements. Should be sure that all employees access to HR related information easily
available.
Organize some mandatory training sessions for all employees and getting them familiar with HR
policies and procedures.

expertise and experiences . Providing them a direction of work , encourage them and also resolve
their queries / problems if any.
