Provide highly responsible administrative support to the Executive Director & Senior
Director.
2. Serve as the office''s senior administrative coordinator ensuring that inquiries from
corporate, government and internal constituents are properly handled.
3. Plan, schedule, and implement campus visits, including scholarship luncheons for
some of the university''s most significant corporate donors.
4. Assist in preparing grant applications, proposals, status reports, stewardship reports
and financial statements.
5. Coordinate events, receptions, workshops, conferences and high-level
committee/board meetings.
6. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
7. Maintain highly demanding and challenging calendars.
8. Provide assistance on department website and social media posting.
9. Prepare executive briefings and research reports.
10. Assist in onboarding and training new staff; update Standard Operating Procedure
Manual annually.
11. Coordinate work with administrative associate in regards to the day-to-day
administrative tasks of the office. Provide backup support for one another when
absent.
