In the field of human resource management, Training and
Development is the field concerned with organizational activity aimed at
bettering the performance of individuals and groups in organizational
settings. It has been known by several names, including employee
development, human resource development, and learning and
development.

The ILP is the strongest and the best assured grooming platform for all new recruits of TCS.
The ILP aims to transform fresh engineering graduates into software professionals

COACHING, JOB ROTATION & UNDERSTUDY


COACHING
A method of directing, instructing and training a person or
group of people.
The individual will be able to improve their work performance
and skill set.
The training can be from internal sources or from professional
external coaches.
JOB ROTATION
Job Rotation is a key strategy for developing its workforce
The overseas program sends employees to countries
such as China, Hungary, and South America, among others.
This encourages them develop their skills.

UNDERSTUDY(KT)
In this method, a superior gives training to a subordinate.

TRAINING METHODS IN ACCENTURE


HSFP Head Start Foundation Programme in college campuses
Offered to students from premier b-tech colleges during 3rd year
Summer break
Objective to make students ready for corporate world (C2C
Programme)
19 days training on basic computer programming skills like JAVA, C++,
C, HTML, SQL, etc.
3 assessment tests 60% marks
2 retests allowed
