Shape and Space: Students will learn about 2D and 3D
shapes. They will be able to identify them, classify them
and use specific vocabulary to describe an objects
position in space.
Language Arts
Reading: Students will learn the reading strategy of
visualization and inferring to help them understand
poetry and other texts.
Writing: Students will explore poetry and inquire into
different poetry features. They will then use these when
writing their own poems.

nature. They will respond to nature by creating music
