UTILISATION IN BUSINESS AND
MANAGEMENT

INTRODUCTION
Islam is not only a religion but also a complete way of
life, thats why it is called DEEN Islam does not only
tells us about worshipping one it teaches us how to live,
how to act, how to behave with elders, and how to
behave with young ones, how to eat, drink etc. In short
each and everything related to human life,.
It explains about morality: which means manner,
character and proper behavior.

BUSINESS ETHICS IN ISLAM

The word
in Islam means to see what is good and bad
socially as well as morally because ethics is something which play
important role for making & developing an sound and pure society
1:in our social contract
2:dealing regarding neighbors, friend, relatives.
3:in business transaction
4:security of the life and property
5:justice
6:rules regarding the declaration of war etc.

IDEOLOGY OF ISLAMIC BUSINESS

ETHICS
1) TRUST: Teaching of Quran mainly focus on trust. He should
also have trust, faith in his business transaction.
2) LEGITIMATE RESOURCES ON ACQUIRING PROPERTY:
Islam only allow those transaction in which both the parties
have the benefit and their free consent, because Islam wants
impartiality between dealings.

3)ORDER TO EXPENDITURE: The basic teaching of islam tells us about

spending & not collection of the money

It helps in CSR in the form of:
ACADEMIC,MEDICAL,TECHONOLOGICAL ETC.

4)ZAKAT: Islam prevents the concentration of wealth in hands

but ensures the contribution among the poor people

in a prescribe rates

5)PARSIMONY OR ECONOMIC ORDER: Islam orders to spend

according to their needs and must keep the concept of parsimony.
6)LAWFUL EARNING: Islam belief in halal earning.

prohibited from harsh language and hard words in business dealing.

selling justly: islam strictly prohibits such dealing in which both the parties are not
