Salient Features

Claim processing is on NEARLY Cashless basis to the Customer. Why


Nearly? As the Customer has to pay for the Depreciation & the Cost not
covered as per the Standard Motor Vehicle Policy
Customer is spared of the burden of having to pay for the repairs first and
then claim the amount from the Insurance Company as a conventional
system
This policy is applicable only when the Repairs are carried out at Eicher
AR/ AR BR/ EASC
Claim processing and settlement will be done by the local NIC office
Eicher AR/ AR BR are authorised to issue the Insurance Cover Note

Salient Features

Final Settlement of Bills will be done within 7 days of submission of bills for the
claim up to Rs 2.5 lacs. For claim beyond Rs 2.5 lacs and up to Rs 5 lacs, Insurance
company shall settle the claim as per Insurance Regulatory and Development
Authority (IRDA)
The policy is now available for 2nd year renewals also to the Customers
The policy also has a standardisation of salvage value for metal parts at 5% across
India. In case of Cabin and Chassis the salvage is as per the market value.
Customers also have a choice to deposit the salvage with NIC
