Application
1
Indoor centralized installation scheme
(BBU3900 + RRU + indoor centralized
mounting rack)
The BBU3900 and RRU are installed on
a specific indoor centralized mounting
rack next to the antenna. The RRU can
also be mounted on the metal post.
The BBU3900 and LRRU can share the
power input with the 2G/3G network.

Installation Scenario of DBS3900 LTE

Application
2
BBU3900 installed in a standard 19-inch cabinet
When the DBS3900 shares the site with a 2G/3G
BTS, the BBU can be installed inside the existing
19-inch cabinet and occupies only 2U space.
The RRU can be installed on the tower or at roof
next to the antenna.
The BBU and RRU can adopt the power backup
system and transmission system of the existing
site. Thus, the carrier can provide LTE services
at low cost by using the existing equipment of
the 2G/3G network.

Application
3
Outdoor centralized installation scheme
(BBU3900 + RRU3201 + APM30H)

The BBU and transmission equipment

are installed inside the APM30H. The
RRU is installed on the tower next to
the antenna to reduce feeder loss,
thus improving system coverage.
The IBBS battery cabinet can meet the
increasing requirement for power
backup.
The TMC11H transmission cabinet can
expand the cabinet installation space
to 11 U.
If no power distribution requirement
exists, but the transmission equipment
space is limited, the BBU can be
directly installed in the TMC11H
transmission cabinet.
