Removing all access for

individuals and BIDs


Instructions for Navigating in the Training Module
This training module is best viewed in Slide Show mode. Click on the PowerPoint slide show icon at the
bottom of the screen.
To proceed to the next step, click the mouse, or use the PgDn or Down Arrow key on your keyboard.
To return to the previous step, right click and select Previous from the menu, or use the PgUp or Up
Arrow key on your keyboard.
To end the presentation, right click and select End Show from the menu, or use the Esc key on your
keyboard.

Bill to ID - Manage by Number: Delete from Cisco.com Profile

To Delete a Bill to ID from a


Cisco.com profile using the
Manage by Number screen:
Screen 1 of 2:
1. Enter a Bill to ID that you
manage.
2. Select Delete Bill to ID from
Cisco.com profile.
3. Click the Submit button.

OR

OR
1. Choose a Bill to ID.
2. Select Delete Bill to ID
from Cisco.com profile.

3. Click on the Submit


button.

Note: You cannot see a Bill to ID in the tool unless


that number is in your Cisco.com profile and
you are set up to manage it.

Deleting both removes support access and deletes the Bill to ID from a Cisco.com profile. This action may
affect the individuals ability to use other Cisco applications. If you only want to remove support access,
select Remove support access by Bill to ID instead.
Once a Bill to ID has been
chosen and the action

Cisco.com profile has been
selected:

individuals from the list.
Or, search for an individual
and select them.
2. Click on the Submit button.
A success message will be
displayed. An email
confirmation will be sent to all
Administrators for that Bill to
ID as well as each individual.

Bill to ID - Manage by Name: Delete from Cisco.com Profile

To Delete a Bill to ID from
Cisco.com profile using the
Manage by Name screen:

Screen 1 of 2:
1. Select a search attribute
from the drop down list.
2. Enter the information you
want to search for.
3. Click on the Search button.
A list of individuals who
match the search attribute
and criteria you entered will
appear.
4. Choose the individual.
5. Select Delete Bill to ID
from Cisco.com profile.
6. Click on the Submit
button.

Deleting both removes the support access and deletes the Bill to IDs from a Cisco.com profile. This
Action may affect the individuals ability to use other Cisco applications. If you only want to remove
