1. Choose a Bill to ID.
2. Select Delete Bill to ID
from Cisco.com profile.

Deleting both removes support access and deletes the Bill to ID from a Cisco.com profile. This action may
affect the individuals ability to use other Cisco applications. If you only want to remove support access,
select Remove support access by Bill to ID instead.
Once a Bill to ID has been
chosen and the action
Delete Bill to ID from
Cisco.com profile has been
selected:

individuals from the list.

and select them.
2. Click on the Submit button.
A success message will be
displayed. An email
confirmation will be sent to all
Administrators for that Bill to
ID as well as each individual.

1. Select a search attribute
from the drop down list.
2. Enter the information you
want to search for.
3. Click on the Search button.
A list of individuals who
match the search attribute
and criteria you entered will
appear.
4. Choose the individual.
5. Select Delete Bill to ID
from Cisco.com profile.
6. Click on the Submit
button.
