Terms and Conditions

The placement Fee to E-Apps Mantra,if Direct

Employment , 2 months payroll and payment should be
made within 60 days from the date of joining of the
candidate.

Payment Terms: 30 - 45 Days.

Term s and C onditions

The term of this agreement will

begin on the date of this agreement

and will remain in full force.
E-Apps Mantra shall stand
responsible to replace the Contract
Employee if found not performing
well by the company with the prior
notice 2-3 Weeks time.

 During the contract Period, incase of any

replacement of contract employee by E-Apps

Mantra(either because of employee
resignation, or any other reasons), the
following will apply: E-Apps Mantra will provide replacement

resource with transition overlap of 2 weeks.

E-Apps Mantra will provide replacement
resource subject to screening/interview and
get approval by the client.

 The placement Fee to E-Apps Mantra for

contract to Hire for 1Month, it will be 8%

of the employees annual salary.
The placement Fee to E-Apps Mantra for
contract to Hire for 3Months it will be
6% of the employees annual salary.
The placement Fee to E-Apps Mantra for
contract to Hire for 6Months 4% of the
employees annual salary.
