Prohibition
Lone Working
Lone working should be prohibited across the
LCL. Minimum two workers are must .

For the workers, No phone calls while working .

Working on LIVE Equipment


Most likely, not to work on LIVE equipment . If
necessary and hazard is within acceptable level,
observe safety precaution and ensure Isolation.

Traffic Management

Speed limits must be followed (20KM/hr). A


security person must present to monitor
Parking restriction, No parking other than
designated area for the bikes as well. Safe
parking to be ensured preferably reverse
parking.
No riding on fork lift and dump trucks.
Operator /driver must be license holder,
(contractor, company owned vehicle)

Contractor safety management


1. In Project related Job while agreement with
contractor , Provision of safety gear must be
incorporated in contract terms.

Waste Management (Burning/dumping)


2. Availability of dust bins, burning of waste in
bins/drums must be strictly prohibited .
3. Dumping /burning of garbage, away from
plant site or sale as such

Safety Walks
Monthly, a Safety Walk to carry out workplace
inspection, hazard identification and advise as
