INTRODUCTION
To achieve excellence, a solid effort must
be made. In line with the mission and
vision of the school which emphasizes
achievement of pupils in terms of
curriculum, co-curriculum and personality
development, all parties have pooled their
energy to achieve this. Changes and
developments in the field of education
rapidly and constantly changing with the
times require us to always be ready to face
any obstacles. Accordingly, one of the

To help and guide the students (champions)
to detect potential and grow and gain selfconfidence to achieve success in SPM 2015
Teachers monitor learning progress over
time to achieve the target determined by
the Champions Programme
Establishing friendly relations between
students and teachers and so SMJK teachers
can help solve the students problems,
especially those related
with lessons

STRATEGY
The meeting is held weekly on
Wednesdays from 1.10 pm to 1.30 noon.
Or the day and time deemed appropriate.
If the teachers or students (champions)
involved in any affairs of the day, it can
be changed to other dates on the week.
The meetings shall be determined the
teachers.

EVALUATION
Continuous assessment from time to time
based on the examination results.
The development of students characters
through observation inside and outside
the classroom as well as based on the
reports of other teachers.
Based on the logbook during weekly
meetings with the students.
