This document is a template for the report to deliver results the of the supplier capability
development capability assessment
It contains an overview of the assessment tool, including the capability areas covered and
the way in which questions are weighted and scored
The spread sheet template for supplier results scores should be used in conjunction with
this template. Instructions for its use are contained within the spread sheet
Supplier assessors should use their experience from the assessments to populate the
observations and experiences
Individual supplier scores should not be included in this report, to protect the identity of the
suppliers
