It is the relationship between two people with the goal


of professional and personal development.

The mentor is an experienced individual who share


his knowledge, experience and advise to the less
experienced person.

And the individual who gains knowledge and


experience from a senior employee is referred as
mentee.

A mentoring partnership may be between two people


within the same company or same industry or
networking organization.
