It is the process of getting information about job .
It is the process of analyzing what every Employees

-What they do ( Determining the specific duties,
roles and responsibilities )
- How they do it ( Determining Working condition ,

Require lots of human efforts .
Source of Data is Extremely Small .
Job Analyst may not possess Appropriate skills.
Data gathered may not reflect actual situation .
