recent times.
According to Khan (2009), Facebook
users often time experience poor
performance academically.

The dependence of the students in new


media has become rampant through the
years.
Teachers need to develop a unique sense
of keeping in touch with the changes in
the technologies so they can guide their
students in filling the gaps of the
educational sector.

Motivation from family members is


encouraged in order for the students to
develop creative and innovative study
habits.
Adequate school resources for teaching
the subjects.

Teacher preparation in both content


and pedagogy.
Instructional materials or visual aids
and review materials should be
improved for them to master different
skills and competencies.
