1.

Introduction

1. This prototype was created to help eliminate the need for

an added machine.
2. The tractor while providing Quick Disconnect features.
3. The load capacity is 120 kg to 150kg and has enough lift
to be able to put loads of mulch, soil and gravel.
4. Lifting height 5 to 8 fits
Day to day front bucket are used.
This bucket required hydraulic actuator.

Working

Actual
Working

When tractor hydraulic support connected to the beam

with the help of pins. The bucket up-down motion as per
requirement by using hydraulics arm when the arm push
front side at time bucket goes on up and arm pull backside
at time bucket goes on down motion.
When bucket goes on down and tractor give to rear
motion the bucket fill on particular material like, silica,
stone crush, agricultural waste material and bucket lift on
up side by using hydraulic power then the use spring lock
system and lever and bucket disengage from beam. And
total material goes on tractor trolley or truck, empty space.
Then the tractor goes on front motion and bucket give to
down at time bucket are engage automatically by using
spring return force and it also ready to fill material on
bucket to tractor rear motion.

13.

Future Scope

Use the hydraulic actuator which are replace by the spring.

The purpose of hydraulic actuator is increase the depth of
the bucket at the timing of working and also for the up-down
and right-left motion.

Replace the beam in three-four section. The height of the

bucket is depends on the length of the beam. So some tractor
are require less height and some have required more height
that way use adjustable beam to satisfy the requirement.

14.

Applications

It is used in mostly construction of buildings

like fill the sand, stone, crush and cements to
the mixture machine .
It is used in also manufacturing of bricks in
bricks industries.
It is used in also agriculture like fill the cow
dung to the tractor trolley.
It is use to handle construction material like
brick, crush, sand.

CONCLUSION
After the manufactured the rear bucket then we conclude
the
1. The simplicity of mechanism is giving flexibility of its
effective use. This mechanism is working properly.
2. The rear bucket can also use various application such as
construction, agriculture and mining.
3. This bucket is suitable for all tractors.
4. Avoid human effort in construction and agricultural
area.
5. Lifting capacity depend on the tractor hydraulic
capacity.
