Employees have to inform their respective
manager and have to take approval on

Manager share it with Administration team.
Going Forward employees have to apply for
time of and leave in portal and the request
will route to manager for approval in system.

Leave Encashment Policy
To provide encashment of unused leave to
the credit of employee in the event of
normal retirement, disability in service or
termination of employment.
The Maximum leave accomplishment will be
42 days
The amount of leave encashment to be paid
will be calculate on basis of below formula

Rewards and Recognition Policy
Employees can receive awards annually as per
their performance.
Employees can earn maximum up to Rs.
50,000 annually
Due to launch of new HRIS portal Rewards and
Recognition will be carried out through system.
Manager have to nominate for employee in
portal and the request will route for next level
manager and HR representatives approval,
post approval from both level the amount will
be paid out in next months salary.
Compensation Management and
Planning
Compensation management is subject to
employees performance through out the year.
The employees performance will be reviewed
by manager and accordingly rating have to
give to employees which function head have to
communicate to HR team.
HR team review the ratings and will accordingly
consult with function head if any clarification
required.
Compensation changes can happen twice in a
year
Payroll
For payroll the organization have diferent
system through which payroll details uploaded.
HR team receive all pay related details from the
manager like one time payment, unpaid leave
etc.
HR team consolidate all the details manually in
excel file and will share the same with payroll
team for payout.
Once details uploaded in system by payroll team
the report will be shared with HR team for
verification.
Payroll New Ways
The new HR Portal will be synced to the existing
payroll system.
The HR team will receive details from manager
regarding one time payment, unpaid leave etc.
HR team will upload the details in the new HRIS
system by manually or by mass upload, depends
upon entries.
After the cut of date details will route to the
payroll system through system interface. Payroll
team review the details and will made payout.
And the final report will be shared with HR team.
The new hires compensation details will
be uploaded in new HRIS portal at the
time of On boarding.
The PF no and other compensation details
will be uploaded through HRIS portal.
Employees salary slip will be even
uploaded in the new portal and they can
view, download at any time.
Employees can even upload their
reimbursement through the system.
The employees can also upload their tax
proofs as well.
Compensation
With launch of new HRIS portal any
compensation changes will be carried out
through new HRIS portal.
Compensation changes can happen in Mid
of the month or Annually.
Currently the HR team maintains the
details manually in excel.
Going forward all compensation changes
will be carried with use of new HRIS portal.
With launch of new HRIS portal
managers can update the employees
rating in the HRIS portal and the
rating will be visible to function head
and HR representative of that
function.
The managers can save conversation
with employees during their one to
one discussion in the new HRIS portal.
The HR team will review the rating as
uploaded in HRIS system and will
discuss the same function head on
same.
