Acquired
Primary (myelodisplastic syndrome)
Secondary to drugs (chloramphenicol,
cycloserine, ethanol, isoniazid,
pyrazinamide)
Hereditary
X-linked, autosomal, mitochondrial

Remove any possible offending agent
