NEW PORTAL HOMEPAGE
Right now the homepages of the Student,
Faculty, Parent Portals are rigid
No option for configuration
Next year we will be able to configure these
homepages the way we want
The content that is available is not changing
much
Other aspects of the portals (calendar, class
websites, assignment list) are not changing

separate portal, but
with the new
Student/Parent/Facult
y Portals it will be

portal, it would be
good timing to

Early July: Start configuring portals in preparation for
launch
Mid-July: Portals will be ready to launch
All schools need to move over by Dec 1st
My recommendation is to launch at the
beginning of the school year
