Indonesia in an archipelago country with 17.508 islands and


more than 65.000 villages across the country and less than half
covered with electricity.
Electricity consumption of Indonesia in 2013 reached 188
terrawatt-hour with installed electricity capacity only 47.128 MW.
Goverment program to built another 35000 MW energy plant in 5
years for solution.
NEEDS OF SUSTAINABLE ENERGY PLANT 2

Fossil based energy (oil, coal, etc) stock is limited and running
out.
In long term fossil energy plant will be left out.
Polution and global warming issue.

There is some idea in government to


invest in thorium energy plant development
for one of governments sustainable energy
plant.
Instead of uranium (nuclear) many people
believes that thorium safer, more stable
and more environmentally friendly.
It claimed will be the first thorium energy
plant in ASEAN.
