Small organization with about 20 employees

Solve clients problems on a small scale in their labs

Many steps involved in process of solving a clients
problem:
billing the client
purchasing materials
checking inventory and so on

The inventory system needs greatest attention


With recent growth and workforce expansion, the system has
become inadequate, thus impeding efficiency
Resulted in relatively large project delays, inventory wastage and
increased cost of maintaining the legacy system
