Job Description: Field Officer
•Will support the implementation of the projects in close collaboration with partners.

• Develop grant proposals with local population and other partner organizations .

• Support the grant-making efforts for the recovery work with a focus on capacity-building,
campaigning and advocacy.

•Provide critical field-based information and analysis needed to develop an effective grant
strategy and advocacy and campaigning agenda.

•Monitor, analyze and report on the progress of the project

•Disseminate relevant information, analysis, and communications tools to funding agencies

staff, partners and allies.

•Technical guidance to implementing Agencies and collaborating with government

agencies.

•Organization of the events or conclave

Job Requirements:
• Masters or equivalent work experience in Public Policy, Social Science,
Organizational Development, Labour Studies, Community Organizing, or in a
related area (Labour organizing, etc).

• 2-3 years of progressively responsible professional experience in labour or

community organizing, organizational development, advocacy or other related
area.

•Familiarity with community development principles.

• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

•Highly developed organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented
