 The Flag
The Estonian Flag consists of three colours: Blue,
Black and White.
It was officially the Estonian flag on May 8th 1990.
Each of the colours on the flag has a different
meaning.
Blue represents the countries loyalty and seas and
lakes.
Black symbolises the fertile soils
White represents virtue, winter snow and the
countries long battle for freedom and independence.
Estonia
The capital of Estonia is Tallinn and it's the largest city in
Estonia. It became the capital when the country became
independent.
It joined the E.U on the 14th of September 2003.
The population of Estonia is 1,309, 632 million people.
The life expectancy of Estonian people is shorter than most
other European Countries. It is believed that woman can live up
to 12 years longer than men which results in a high mortality
level of younger men.
The time zone in Estonia is 2 hours ahead of Ireland.
Their native language is Estonian and many people who live in
this country speak English.

different skills to learn. When they graduate from secondary
school they must have complete a curriculum consisting
of 96 individual courses passed and they must pass the state
Estonian Language Exam.
