implementation because the reasons below :
Project team need more time to study and understand
new QMS
There are some gaps between new QMS and project’s
situation, it need to be discussed during
implementation
Take time to collect evidences

TRAINING

Provide necessary training to project team to make sure


they understand and can apply in the real work.
Beside the training, the Process owner team and QA
should provide some supports for project team

EVIDENCE

All the output work product should be collected and


stored.
The evidence should be aligned with the project activities
Make sure that project team have same understand about
the project evidences

COMMUNICATION

All stakeholders need progress updates


Make sure communications are regular, consistent and
clear
Report issues and risks as they occur or are identified
Show progress as it occurs

RECOMMENDATION

Consultant is a good friend – share with him all your


problem.
Implement in right way to avoid the rework later
PM should pay more attention to monitoring and checking
project team
QA should audit project more regularly than usual

 Maximum use of new QMS


 Assign Responsibility to One and not Everyone.
 Training, Training, Training…
 SEPG Head should responsible to encourage each
stakeholder
 Regular status meetings with Senior Management
 Regular communication on progress to everyone
