outside of the company. Welfare measure play vital role to retain and
motivate the employee and help to growth of company. have discussed
factory act because welfare is the part of factory act which is cover under

The Employees' Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provision Act, 6789 is an


important piece of Labour Welfare legislation enacted by the Parliament to
provide social security benefits to the workers.

Every employee and employer SHALL BE L ABLE to pay monthly
