• IIC India’s resourcing system is geared to providing a qualified response to
our client requisitions within 48 – 72 hours of receiving the requisition.
Our internal target is to respond to a minimum of 80% of all qualified
requisitions we receive from our clients.
• Time to schedule interviews –
• In over 90% of the cases, IIC India responds to phone interview requests
with available timelines within 24 hours and face-to-face interview
requests with availability within 48 hours.
• Time to deliver contractors upon approval from Client -
• Most our contractors join client assignments within 2 weeks upon client
approval. In many cases, IIC India’s consultants can join within one
week or immediately upon completion of necessary paperwork and
