IT Funding Strategies Two of the hindrances of an on going strategic planning before it will be fully implemented for a certain project are: - the sources of funds - personnel involvement. With this, funds for the implementation for this project can be secured from the UP System as support for eUP campaign or from UP Visayas funding as a constituent unit. Other maintenance and operating expenses for the project may be shouldered by every individual offices’ MOOE.
