RESULT AND DISCUSSION

The three-wheel trash collector vehicle’s Hooper can carry 300 kg of mass with
weight of 2,943 N and hydraulic arm can lift 30 kg per time. and also the total
weight of three-wheel trash collector’s is 5,395.5N.We selected positive
displacement pump especially vane pump for pumping the fluid from the tank
to the hydraulic cylinder and swing check valve for the check valve. And we
selected HPEG polyethylene friendly fluid.

CONCLUSSION

we have designed and analyzed three-wheel trash collector with chassis,

hydraulic arm and hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, the three-wheel trash collector
minimizes the man power involvement, total time taken in the primary
collection process with advanced carrying capacity and easy turning &
maneuvering system.

RECOMMENDATION

Since the three-wheel trash collector vehicle is useful in collecting trash from
door to door collection process, the municipality of Addis Ababa should invest
it's budget in such wide projects to solve the problem on the primary collection
and disposal system in order to keep the city beauty and to be also friendly with
the environment.
