affordable and quick way to get their brand out to the community.
PUBLIC PUBLICITY

PEOPLE WHO WILL BUY YOUR ITEMS. SOCIAL MEDIA ENHANCE YOUR BRAND,
BRING ATTENTION TO YOUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND NETWORK WITH
PEOPLE WHO HAVE THE SAME IDEAS, LOCALLY AND ALL OVER THE COUNTRY.

company is at risk of developing a poor image. All It takes is one wrong tweet
or a Facebook post that can be taken the wrong way and the business could
make the news or lose customers.
MORALE BOOST
• It is said in a study of Computers in Human Behavior in 2017, Facebook is linked to job
satisfaction. Social media use allows the employees to take short breaks throughout the
day, which can boost productivity. Employees sit at their desk instead of going outside
or to the break room.
LOST PRODUCTIVITY
• Recruiter Ajilon asked 2,000 people about their social media use at work,
finding that 11 percent spent over an hour on social media every day at work
other than their lunch break. They then took the average hourly wage and
find out that the one hour per day adds up to $128.45 a week and
$6,422.50 in lost efficiency over the year.
BUILDS RELATIONSHIPS
• Social media in the workplace can build strong relationships between
employees, customers, or clients. When co-workers have stronger personal
relationships , they often work more efficiently as a team. When a friendship
is formed it could increase their satisfaction in coming to work everyday.
CHECKING CANDIDATES

• One-fourth of employers have said they go to social to check the social media
profiles of their upcoming employees. Their social media accounts gives
employers information they can ask in an interview or on a job application.
INAPPROPRIATE POSTING

• Social media is a way to get reproved or fired from a job even after going
through the interviewing, paperwork, and testing because candidates post
inappropriate things.
SOLVE PROBLEMS AND SOLVE A WORK PROBLEM

• Social media can help employees when dealing with a difficult work problem.
If an employee has an issue they cant seem to solve, social can have the
answer. Posting a question on social media is a quick way to get answers.
