Introduction
• Solar panels are vastly becoming a very
attractive renewable energy option, which could end up
being incredibly beneficial to the environment.
• Sun is one of the most promising renewable energy
sources currently available, due to the fact that solar power
is abundant.
• By collecting that energy, we would never have to rely upon
damaging fossil fuels again.
• The technological advancements that have come along in
recent years have made it possible to implement designs
that make the most of solar energy and allow it to be
portable enough to be carried almost anywhere that you
go.

computer you could imagine becomes nothing more

areas during summers due to which
sometimes it become really difficult for them
to find a reasonable place to spend their
night. Hence, camping is a fantastic,
experiential and economical option available

Competitors
• We do not have many direct competitors as this kind of
product that incorporates both solar panels to charge
your electronic devices as well as a camping tent, is not
being provided by any other company.
• But we do have indirect competitors for instance
power banks, small portable solar panels and separate
camping tents provided by Zahra Tents, Shamsi, Gown
house.
• But these camping tents are extremely heavy and very
difficult to carry especially when you are travelling.

another website called Ali Express that is
providing these kind of solar bags worldwide
so that is another competitor that we have.

For marketing our product in the target
audience our company will use:
• Above the line media (Television, radio, print
and internet)
• Below the line media (pamphlets, broachers,
product demos)
• Online marketing will be used as a major
channel to introduce our product to the
customers

• Due to the advent of technology E-commerce is used
as the most common medium for sales.
• Online selling is convenient and provides an easy way
to communicate, interact and gather spontaneous
customer feedback
Direct selling: Company Website, facebook page and one-
to-one interaction through twitter and instagram.
Indirect selling: We will make our product available on
major selling sites e.g. Daraz, Kaymu, Shopdaily etc

• In terms of distribution, Power Shelter would not only
focus on online selling but it would also benefit the
customers through its physical presence
• Issue: Pakistani customers are available with only one
option that is to purchase these solar bags through
international websites due to which they have to buy it
online without seeing it in actual.
• Solution: In order to counter this problem of conscious
customers we will distribute our products through our
outlets as well.

• Direct selling- Initially we will open two
outlets one in the area of metropolitan city
Islamabad and the other in Rawalpindi.
• Indirect selling- We will sell our product
through retailers as well, but we would prefer
to distribute selectively and exclusively so that
the company holds the control and maintain
its reputation among the target market.
