Validitas
Condition is the suitability of the results with the
criteria that have been formulated and the extent to
which a test can measure it. There are 4 types of
validity:
Content Comparable
validity validity
Validity of
Order validity
predictions
 Content validity is a tool that is used to
determine the accuracy of an instrument (test)
when viewed from the aspect of content
(content / material)
 Order validity All tests (instruments / gauges)
received meet the construction validity that
has been approved by the test set to meet the
requirements for good testing preparation.
 Comparable validity is the accuracy of a test when
examined based on an assessment of the
assessment carried out by the students when the
assessment was carried out.
 Validity of predictions is the accuracy of a test when
examined based on the relationship (correlation) to
the actual state of the student when the
measurement (assessment) is done.
Reliability Test
reliability is a full measurement that measures the
measurement that is owned when measuring
measurements made by measuring done
repeatedly

Distinction / Differentiation Test

as the nature of the next test is the differentiating power or

differentiation of the test or the level of discriminatory test.
the power of distinguishing tests is the ability of a test to
show differences in the nature / certain factors found in
students with one another
Balance test
Balance refers to the test, there are all aspects
to be measured. Tests should not only
accumulate on a certain aspect so that the
test results can really measure what will be
measured and can reveal what really needs to
be revealed.
Test Usability
• A measuring instrument or test must have an
efficient character.
• For example, an oral test (oral test) is not efficient if
it is done on 100 students if only to check the extent
to which students have read a particular book
assigned to them.
Test Objectivity
• An objective test is a type of test in which an
alternative or a possible answer can be chosen by
the student.
• Tests should have high objectivity.
• Even if it is non-objective, the subjectivity that might
arise must be minimized
• A test (instrument) that has high objectivity will give
the possibility that the student's answer is right or
wrong
The form of objective tests
generally has 3 types:
• True false test
• Matching test
• Multiple choice test
Advantages of Objective Tests

• The time needed is relatively shorter

• The short length of a test (many at least items)
can affect the level of reliability
• The scoring process can be done easily because
the answer key can be made with certainty
• The factor of guessing is relatively smaller
• Can be used to measure various curricular goals
• Does not contain answers that can be
interpreted as various
Disadvantages of the Objective
Test
• It is possible to guess the answer correctly. Cannot
know the way of thinking in answering a problem
• Limiting students creativity in compiling their own
answers.
• Teaching materials revealed by objective tests are
generally more limited to factual matters.
• Preparation of test is needed which is relatively
more difficult than the description test
• The child's thinking process cannot be measured
• The creative nature of students will tend to blunt
Specific Test
• Specificity meaning questions that are components
of the test will only be answered by students who
study the learning material provided.
• Meanwhile students who don’t learn the learning
material will not be able to answer it.
Difficulty Level Test
• the easiest and most

Test confidence level
The level of trust in a test is said to be low or not good
if it is precisely students who have good abilities get
poor grades and vice versa students with poor abilities
get good grades
Justice Test
The test must be designed so that each student who
follows it (does it) has the same opportunity to get
good grades. All students must have the opportunity to
show what knowledge, skills, and attitudes they have
mastered after attending learning.
Test Time Allocation
When using a test (measuring instrument), the teacher
must provide a reasonable (adequate) time allocation.
No less, no more.
