 Earlier Edelweiss end to end recruitment process was more of
paper related process
 Entire Recruitment process starting from posting job vacancy
till end of hiring the candidate for role has been automated
with the help of technology named RMS (Recruitment
Management System of Edelweiss)
 Employees & Recruiters are happy with new initiative made
by Head of HR
 Key findings is Smooth process of recruitment through
technology in Edelweiss
RECOMMENDATIONS
Though Recruitment Management System in Edelweiss is performing at extensive level,
below are few recommendations from my end:

 Technology plays a vital role in recruitment process of


Edelweiss & thus the process of RMS should be clear to all
employees & recruiters
 Manual should be shared with respective persons into the
system
 Proper data must be maintained by each recruiter about the
candidate with the help of system
 Monthly dashboards should be shared with Business Heads &
HR Head
 Queries & Suggestions option should be created in system
