ANOTHER QUICK FACT:
Kant came from a very strict, modest and religious family. He was 4th to the
9th siblings of the family Cant. His father George Cant is a harness maker who
have little to no money.
Later in his life, Immanuel changed the spelling of his name to Kantto to
adhere to German spelling practices.

Up until age 50 Kant does not really have specific or any conventional
religious beliefs but was acutely aware of how religion affect his parents
percept and in coping with the hardships in life: He started recognizing how
important religion can be in fostering social cohesion in the society after
which he started making history.
