Lets talk data!!!!
A survey in collaboration with World Federation of
personal management Association (WFPMA) was
done for various human resource related challenges.
The Survey conducted in more than 200 different
company in 35 different countries.
Key Survey question includes:
 Is there a major social, economic or political event that
has had a significant impact on the work you do?
 Which three issues in the area of human resources
represent significant challenges for you today?
 What were the top three issues you faced three years
ago?
 What do you believe will be the top three issues facing
14 you three years from now?
#
Conclusion
As per the data, the three issue most often chosen by
Asian participants to represent a current top-three
challenges were Change management (36%),
organizational effectiveness (40%), and the success
planning (36%).
It has been observed that HR effectiveness is less of
an issue in Asian Countries where work is still not
time bounded and is more of people oriented then
task. Though with changing scenario globally and
looking at economic perspective also there is
requirement to lay more focus on skill and leadership
oriented challenges
