How to prevent
• Responsible of HSE personnel, supervisor and workers to make sure they understand the
dangers they face when WAH.
• Complete fall protection plans to ensure that workers on and off the ground are safe.
• Tethering tools and equipment with connectors, connection and anchors.
• Train the workers on how to use tethered tools
• Safety net
• Toe board when working at scaffolding platform
• Using rope and tools bag/container when transferring small materials as clamp
• Barricade and signage work area to minimize unauthorized personnel from the work area
• Daily toolbox briefing
• “Patuh dan Tegur”
