 Enables HR professionals to effectively

 Systematic approach to defining the job

 Defines duties & tasks
 Identifies reporting relationships
 Basis for determining relative worth of
jobs

 Refers to the way that a set of tasks, or an
entire job, is organized
 Takes into account factors that affect the

by bringing in lower rates

 User density 33% presently
 User density expected to double over the
next 3-4 years
