OBJECTIVES:

After five hours the participants shall be able to:

1. Define the significant role that personal and professional


relationship brings to effective teaching.

2. Describe the dynamics of self-knowledge as prerequisites to


awareness of others, particularly of one’s students, superiors,
and peers.

3. Explain why people work and to determine the criteria for


quality- driven work ethics; demonstrate the behavior elements
behind productive learning experience with students.

4. Illustrate how to “move people to action” and show the “power


of words” as teachers “walk the talk”.

METHODOLOGY

The workshop shall consist of games or activities around


which shall be built the topics for discussion. This, being a
structured learning experience process, shall call for an active
involvement of participants and requires insightful
observations of what is going on. Thereafter participants are
expected to make sense of what they saw and did in the
activities. From there draw out generalizations of these
experiences.
