How Does It Works

Employing numerous technologies, our experienced team of transcriptionist provides around-the-clock, error-free transcription. A cadre of Quality Control proofreaders/editors provides customer satisfaction to a growing roster of professionals in a number of disciplines and specialties and further supports our system.

 We deliver the completed transcriptions back to your office by: A) Electronic Mail attachment which is zipped with your password or, B) Placing it in server storage for your staff to download any number of times. Each practitioner's transcriptions are batched into MS Word document files based on date of service/date of dictation. Irrespective of which delivery option you choose, all your transcriptions and dictations are available for download from our server for 30 days.

Criterion for Pricing

Our line charge is calculated per 64-character line, including spaces, not as a visible line. Factors affecting the price are:
Mode of Dictation (Cd, Dvd or via Internet.) Area of Discipline (Medical or Regular) Nature of Dictation (Accent) Special Formatting (Audio breaks or special format) Speed of Dictation (60-90words/min or more) Normal Turnaround(few weeks or few months etc.) Quality of Dictation (Average, Good, Poor) File Delivery Format(Download or via Email.)
